Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days – which is the length of time our guarantee extends to due to the nature of the goods and products sold on this site. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be at least partially unused or otherwise unconsumed. You must also still have the original packaging.

If the goods arrived damaged or otherwise unconsumable, please note that we may require proof in the form of a photograph to process the return. We may or may not require the return of the unconsumed product(s) at our discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This may be an email receipt, a photo of the delivered package, or equivalent as determined by us.

There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, which includes but are not limited to:

  • Mostly consumed orders
  • Delivery delays
  • Damaged due to delivery process or carrier

We may deny a refund in certain circumstances which includes but not limited to:

  • Orders which have already been fully consumed
  • Edited images intended to defraud or convey an otherwise untruthful message
  • Tampering events intended to defraud
  • Orders which are beyond 14 days
  • Orders which have been damaged or destroyed after delivery

In general, if we require a return of the unconsumed or unused portion of the order, you are responsible for any shipping charges unless otherwise noted.

Refunds

At our discretion, your refund may be issued before or after we receive the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Usually this is 30 days, though the exact timeframe is often affected by the bank or institution that approved your payment. For further questions regarding this you would need to contact your bank or issuing institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Final Sale / Clearance Items

All goods marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be refunded and are not covered by any guarantee.

Exchanges

We may be able to offer you an exchange for another item or good(s) at our discretion. If this is the case, and you agree, the replacement good(s) or items will be sent to the address provided during the checkout process that we have on file. The exchange may be in the form of a store credit or physical product at our discretion.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide when contact us for the refund.

As noted previously, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
